I’ve been featured in a @rawbeautysourcecom article, which reviews the differences between saturated and trans fats, explains why they should be avoided/limited in the diet, and highlights where these fats are found in the diet.

The best thing to do is to prioritize unsaturated fats in the diet, since these are healthy anti-inflammatory fats (i.e. olive oil, avocado, salmon, nuts, chia seeds)
