Free Exercise Programs Available During COVID-19 Virus Quarantine

Nearly everyone on Instagram has been posting home workout videos. There are also endless free workout videos on YouTube that you can search for. All movement is beneficial, even if it’s just stretching or getting up and moving in between TV episodes. There is plenty you can do from home, don’t let this virus throw you off course!!! 💪🏼
