Claudia Hleap comes highly recommended! After doing a really restrictive diet during the first part of the quarantine where I lost 20lbs, I started to plateau. Claudia put me on a new diet focused on an appropriate distribution of protein, carbs, and vegetables and portion control. She even gave me a list of snack ideas that combined the appropriate amount of proteins and carbs to leave me satiated in between meals. I’m pleased to report that I am happier, more full, satisfied with the variety of what I can eat, and already down 5 more pounds! While, the weight is not coming off as quickly as my super-restrictive fad diet, I can pretty much eat what I want as long as its in the right proportion and companies with fresh nutritious options. I can see how this will be a sustainable life style change, that will keep my weight from continuing to yo-yo.

I have been working with Claudia for over 12 weeks and I cannot tell you how her program has changed my life. Claudia is very knowledgeable and is able to bring an individualized, one-on-one, element to weight management that is missing from other programs. I lost weight on my own before working with Claudia but I had reached an impassable plateau. Once I began using the tools and goals we developed during our sessions, I started seeing results. Not only have I been able to loose additional weight but I have developed lifestyle changes which will benefit me for the rest of my life.
