Hey everyone! My name is Claudia Hleap and I am a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist. I am the Owner of and Registered Dietitian at Hleap Nutrition, a nutrition practice in Philadelphia, PA. I see clients via in-person and virtual consultations for diabetes education and both weight and disease management. My role as a Registered Dietitian is to translate nutrition science into meaningful and realistic solutions for clients. Clients are provided with the knowledge and ability to take action and control over their health, wellness, and disease states.
